CzTA Medals
Awarding CzTA medals to members of the association and professionals active in the field of underground construction engineering who significantly contributed to the development of the industry in the Czech Republic commenced in 2009 on the basis of the decision of the Board in 2009. The author of the medal designs is Mgr. Petr Soušek, an artist and medallist, who has produced all previous medals. Initial 25 medals were produced in 2009 and other 25 pieces were stricken in 2016. The medals are made of silver of 999/1000 purity; one medal weighs 31-33g. They are contained in a luxury wooden etui. The hallmark is placed by the State Testing laboratory on the medal edge.
